Refunds/Returns

Please contact me if you have any issues. It is my concern that every customer is a happy customer!

I view my work as an extension of myself. I want people to feel good wearing my creations. When they look or touch or think about the work they've purchased from me, ideally they feel contemplative, perhaps inspired, confident, empowered and sometimes even amused.

That said, sometimes things happen and the 'fit' isn't right. In this case I hope to work with my loyal customers to make every transaction a positive experience.

 Each return is handled on a case by case basis.

Pre-made designs that need to be 'altered',  'resized' or changed in any way for a customer will not be issued full refunds. A partial refund may be issued, or store credit, this will not include shipping fees.

**All OOAK and custom pieces are non-refundable. 

Any returned items must be returned in their original packaging or similar (a sturdy shipping box with internal padding) and must be mailed with Tracking and Delivery Confirmation.

Shipping charges are not refunded when returning items.
